The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the front driver’s side headlamp failed to illuminate as needed. The contact stated that the dealer had previously replaced the passenger’s side headlamp. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
