Six months after the failure, the vehicle was taken to the same dealer who repaired the vehicle under NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V024000 (Air Bags). The contact believed that the vehicle was sold with an open recall. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, who opened a case, but no assistance was provided.
