The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the transmission was slipping, causing the vehicle to jerk or shudder until shifting into the intended gear. There was no warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was informed that the VIN was not under recall. The contact referenced Technical Service Bulletin: SB-0034-14 as a possible cause for the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 147,600.
