After purchasing this vehicle, I encountered a significant problem that I believe poses safety concerns. However, Ford is unwilling to cover the necessary repairs under warranty, despite the fact that this solution became available shortly after my purchase. I believe that this situation requires your attention, as it not only impacts my vehicle but may affect other owners of the same model.
