The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving at approximately 55 MPH, the vehicle violently shuddered. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed; however, the cause of the failure was not determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken back to the independent mechanic to be diagnosed; however, the cause of the failure was not determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken to a different independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the track bar needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
