The contact was informed that the instrument cluster needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that the parts were ordered. The contact stated that the vehicle remained with the dealer until the parts were received, and the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
