The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power, the steering wheel became difficult to maneuver, and the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights were illuminated before the screen went black. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, no cause for the failure was found. The vehicle was not repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
