The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The Ford Pass App alerted the contact of the failure. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer, Loudon Motors Ford LLC (3476 Union Ave SE, Minerva, OH 44657); where it was diagnosed that the throttle assembly had caused the failure. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the local dealer for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
