Consumer Description

Safety recall #23V-858 received through USPS indicating that parts are now available at dealership. Not true. On 12/04/24 vehicle was serviced at Conicelli Honda, 1200 Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428. 610-832-1400. Service advisor advised that the safety recall parts are not available for installation. On 12/05/24 a follow up call received from the service manager indicated that Conicelli Honda has not received any safety recall parts since the notice was announced. There appears to be a disconnect between Corporate Honda and the dealership. Your attention with this matter is greatly appreciated.
