The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear window fractured. The contact stated that there was a large crack on both sides of the rear window. The contact stated that there was no impact to have caused the window to crack. The dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
