NHTSA Complaint #11628887 — 2019 HONDA ODYSSEY

I took my van to the dealer and they told me that the sensor inside of the front mirror is faulty, causing the following lights to continue to cycle if the car is on: Adaptive cruise control problem (ACC); Auto high-beam problem (A); Road departure mitigation system problem; collision mitigation system problem; lane keeping assist problem (LKAS); brake system lights. I am unable to engage or disengage any of these systems, including when I am driving. This seems to be a major security hazard and I am aware of others that have experienced this with this exact year, make and model (across different packages) of Honda minivan. I just wanted to report this in case this becomes a major concern for other consumers.
