Consumer Description

Nothing has happened. I just can’t get the Acura dealership in my area which is Jackson Mississippi Jackson Acura. They do not return calls at all and I would like to get my recall on my 2018 TLX repaired. I contacting them about 3 to 4 months ago. Just recently contacted them again for two weeks straight and no one is responding at all. I’m not sure what is going on with this dealership or the management but again I’ve left several messages for Chelsea,her supervisor and the manager of that store.
