2017 Jeep Cherokee PTU failure August 5, 2021 new one installed 43,795 miles/ paid by warranty - Second failed PTU Oct 18, 2024 80,000 miles / paid self pay $5,000 Should be immediate recall Car in new condition, always currently serviced Never driven off-road PTU units should not be failing, car has had history of transmission/PTU/ shifter and radio issues and front struts incorrectly installed from factory, warranty refused to repair
