The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked in the driveway, the following day it was discovered that the front passenger’s side door window had cracked. The contact stated that recently while the vehicle was parked, it was discovered that the front driver's side window was also cracked. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not yet notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 55,000.
