NHTSA Complaint #11607951 — 2022 JEEP WRANGLER

I own a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe, I purchased the vehicle new on [XXX] (purchased in TN, registered in VA). Since owning the vehicle it has been in the shop 9 times, most recently in the shop because it was completely dead and they found out the battery was leaking acid, this is the same battery they had just replaced a year earlier. It has lost all power and shut off several times, Jeep continues to say there is no issue. The loss of power is concerning because it happens when driving on busy roadways. I filed 2 lemon claims with them, both times offered $2800 for inconveniences and $3600 the last time. I have also been instructed to park the vehicle outside of my garage and told it might be a good idea to not charge it daily due to a fire hazard, when buying a hybrid, I paid extra in hopes to get better gas mileage when traveling to and from work, now I put my children's lives in jeopardy everyday while driving it! And most recently when driving across a bridge or rough roads (I live in the south so rough roads are an everyday thing), it has started shaking so badly that I have pulled off the road due to fear of the vehicle flipping or causing an accident.
