Consumer Description

The driver's side headrest deployed while driving. My husband was driving on [XXX] at about 70-75 mph, when his headrest suddenly and unexpectedly burst open. This is a serious safety hazard. He said it felt like he got punched in the back of the head and was startled. Thankfully he didn't lose control of the vehicle and avoided an accident.
