Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Sequoia Hybrid. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear bumper cover detached. The contact had not discovered the failure until arriving to the residence. The contact was unable to retrieve the rear bumper cover. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 11,000.
