The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Sequoia Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the hitch cover detached. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the hitch cover needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 7,627.
