Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed and coming to a stop light, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled, with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact was able to restart the vehicle, but the failure persisted. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The dealer was not contacted; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
