Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated that while his wife was driving 30 MPH, the headrest inadvertently deployed. The headrest struck the contact on the head. The driver sustained no injuries. Medical attention was not sought. There were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact there was no warranty coverage on the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000. The VIN was not available.
