I brought a Ford Ecosport S from Auction Direct on or about February 7, 2024, Raleigh NC. In the mist of purchasing, they informed me there is a recall on this vehicle. I've since then been trying to get my vehicle fix. It's started to make noise and rub and I don't want the problem to get worst. I have brought the part through Capital Ford, Raleigh NC, but they said I need the recall letter in order for them to fix it. Please can you help me out by sending this letter?
