My 2017 jeep Cherokee sport vin# [XXX] suddenly stop working when I was driving since then it been 1 month I have asked several mechanics what was the issue and I was told it was the alternator it got fixed new battery was bought and it still did not turned on again I was addressed by a friend about these cars having recalls I checked and yes it has recalls please help me I’m a low income mother no other way to get to point a to point b and I live 1 hour 20 minutes away from [XXX] we’re the car stopped working INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
