Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while reversing, he became aware that the rearview camera displayed a blurred image, severely compromising the back-over prevention system. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was unknown.
