Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250. The contact stated while attempting to reverse out of a parking space, the rear-view camera display was foggy or displayed a distorted image. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to Technical Service Bulletin: 22S51, but the vehicle was not included. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 10.
