Consumer Description

In July 2023, I had to refill my anti freeze just one week after service. My dash lit up regarding the problem. Today, October 2023, same situation. Both situations required about 36 oz of antifreeze. In checking online I noticed this reference number indicating numerous problems like this in 2016-2018 Ford Edge. [XXX] In contacting Ron at Ford Motor Co ([XXX] ), he stated that Ford has no recall for this situation. He referred me to you. Any info on what I can do.
