NHTSA Complaint #11547017 — 2023 CHRYSLER PACIFICA PLUG-IN HYBRID

My air conditioner went out in my car three weeks after purchase. I took it to the dealership. They replace several parts and said that there was an electrical issue they ran into. They said they had to get approval from Chrysler engineering in order to replace the part. The car was in the dealership for over a month. Other findings state that the air-conditioning unit was low on Freon. And several fuse arrays were not working properly. The car had apx 1600 miles on it when I had to take the car back to dealership for the AC issue . The dealership gave me back to my car after one month in the service department. On my way home. The car suddenly told me to get to a safe place as car was going to stop. I had to call Law Enforcement to move me out of an intersection, as well as called my roadside assistance to have it towed to the nearest dealership.
