Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated that the dealer had completed the recall repair of NHTSA Campaign Number 23V010000 (Electrical System, Hybrid Propulsion System) on the vehicle; however, after the repair, the message "Service Hybrid Battery," was displayed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.
