Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the steering wheel seized. The contact was able to veer to the side of the road. The message "Service Power Steering" was displayed. The contact was able to drive to the residence. The local dealer was contacted and made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
