While driving on the highway, the vehicle experienced Unintended Braking, causing it to swerve and spin across three lanes before crashing into the median, putting both my safety and the safety of others at risk. The vehicle has been at the dealership for manufacturer inspection for 8 weeks, but there has been no response regarding the inspection results, thus the issue has not been confirmed yet. Were there any warning signs, messages, or symptoms of the problem before the failure, and when did they first manifest? No, there were no prior warning lamps, messages, or indications of any malfunction in the system before the accident. The issue first occurred at the time of the accident.
