The contact owns a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that the passenger’s side rear door was stuck closed and was unable to be opened from inside or outside the vehicle. The contact stated that the door had been stuck closed for a month. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
