Consumer Description

The contact owns 2020 Ford Escape. The contact stated that upon reversing out of his driveway, the vehicle shut off with a green LED light on the start button flashing. The contact called an independent mechanic and scheduled to have the vehicle towed. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 26,000.
