Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated while driving approximately 65-70 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated. There was an abnormal gurgling and bubbling sound heard. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that the exhaust pipe bracket had fractured and there was an exhaust leak. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 83,000.
