Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the check engine warning illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the battery was replaced; however, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 55,000.
