NHTSA Complaint #11524550 — 2017 HONDA RIDGELINE

Honda has been unable to correct the following recalls on my vehicle. For Recall #1, my vehicle does not have (nor has it ever had) a tonneau cover. My first attempt to clear this recall through Honda was on 17 May 23. They have not cleared it. For Recall #2, I took the vehicle to a Honda dealership on 24 Apr 23 (see attached documentation). The recall is not yet cleared, yet the system works fine.
