NHTSA Complaint #11523909 — 2020 JEEP WRANGLER

Bubble paint appeared on all the car doors including the truck door as well as the engine door and the windshield frame driver corner. I went to south bank dealer in Ottawa and the took pictures many time and they say approved and never call. And then they say they will fix the spots only which is so weird to fix rusted bubbled paint in a new car. They should change all the doors as the metal is already damaged by rust. These cars are expensive and quality and guarantees should be provided for such vehicles. The factory should recall my car for full repaint or change color if needed on new doors and the whole car. You can go on Google and just type bubble paint on Jeep and you will see these cars are treated in the market. The company treated this car like garbage because of the paint reputation on a famous American car. I first reported to the dealer on November 2022 and then Jan or Feb 2023 ( don’t remember) My phone number is 1613-262-6661
