NHTSA Complaint #11522269 — 2020 FORD F-250

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at speeds over 45 MPH, the vehicle experienced the death wobble with several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed that an unknown cable needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that an alignment was needed and that the dual damper kit, drag link, and tie rod link needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
