Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the back-up camera failed to operate as needed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the infotainment system was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.
