Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150. The contact stated while reversing out of a parking space, the Back Over Prevention camera failed to display an image, causing the vehicle to crash into another vehicle. The other vehicle was damaged. There was no injury sustained. A Police report was not filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was not under recall. The failure mileage was 130,000. The VIN was not available.
