NHTSA Complaint #11661920 — 2014 FORD F-150

The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while attempting to reverse, the center console display failed to display the rearview camera view, and a blue screen was displayed with the message, "No Signal to rearview Camera". There was no warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The contact was advised that the VIN was not under recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 122,000.
