The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while reversing, the back over prevention camera screen was solid black, and there was no rear image displayed. Occasionally, the image was distorted and undistinguishable. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was offered. The local dealer was not yet been contacted. The failure mileage was 145,000.
