The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the driver’s side sliding door was locked and could not be opened from inside or outside the vehicle. Additionally, the door would not open while using the key fob. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer was not contacted regarding the failure.
