The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 19V904000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) and 21V158000 (Air Bags) however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the brake pedal went to the floorboard while depressed, and then the vehicle lost motive power with the brake fluid message displayed. Additionally, brake fluid leaked onto the engine and there was smoke coming from underneath the hood. The dealer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
