Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2007 Ford Fusion. The contact received notification of Customer Satisfaction Program Number: 21N11 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic). The contact stated that while starting the vehicle, the brake pedal went to the floorboard while depressed. The contact had to apply force to the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed that new brake hoses needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 122,000.
