Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle, the power steering assist and advance trac messages displayed and the steering wheel became very difficult to turn in either direction. The vehicle was taken to the local mechanic who diagnosed that the power steering module was faulty. No further information was available. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The local dealer was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 145,000. Invalid VIN.
