The contact owns a 2014 Ford Escape. The contact stated while driving approximately 3 MPH, the transmission warning light illuminated. The vehicle would not start after that failure; and the vehicle was towed to a local dealer. The vehicle was diagnosed with a linkage failure. The vehicle was repaired.
