Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the instrument panel was inoperable. The contact stated that the speedometer and the odometer no longer functioned due to the failure. The contact called the dealer and he was referred to the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer informed him to use the "Ford Pass" App to keep track of his vehicle mileage. The contact stated that the App did not work with his model year vehicle. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 127,000.
