NHTSA Complaint #11449714 — 2012 CADILLAC SRX

The contact owns a 2012 Cadillac SRX. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer and it was confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the recall repair was not being completed, it caused the inner sidewalls of the rear tires to wear down prematurely. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer and made them aware of the failure and scheduled an appointment for 2/3/2022. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 115,000.
