Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at an undisclosed speed, the engine overheating warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed with coolant leaking into the cylinders and that the vehicle needed an engine replacement. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact related the failure to a TSB 19-2346. The failure mileage was approximately 107,000.
