The contact owns a 2014 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the instrument panel was inoperable, which resulted in the contact not being able to view the speed, fuel level, and warning lights. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V406000 (Electrical System) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The contact was informed that the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was unavailable.
