Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 70 mph, the vehicle decelerated to 45 mph independently. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where the TCM software was reset. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 58,215.
